Celebration Time – Augusta, GA child photographer

The big day was Tuesday.  We had a small family get together to celebrate D turning 3.  Here are a few pictures from his evening. Oh, Cooper, our Golden Retriever, recently turned 5 so I threw in his birthday picutre too! :-)

Three years of fun….many more to come.

My baby boy is 3 today!  Happy birthday to him.  I feel happy today and yet sad that this time is going by so fast.   My hubby and I are so fortunate to have him as our son.  He makes us laugh all the time these days.  You have to love 3 year old talk!  The funniest things come out of their mouths.  He is the heart of our family and we are so proud of him!

We had a blast at Sea World and Disney last week.  We went to celebrate his birthday and our 5th anniversary.  We all had a great vacation!  Below are a few pictures from our trip that I have had a chance to quickly edit.  However, I also want to share a blog post by the amazingly talented Orlando photographer Leigh Taylor.  (Click her name to go see our sneak peek!)  She photographed our family while we were in Florida.  It was so exciting finally meeting her after “knowing” her on a photography forum for a couple of years.  She and her husband make a great team and are a blast to work with!

D loves riding on his daddy’s shoulders…I loved how the castle looked like it was painted into the background.

Hello handsome – Augusta, Ga newborn photographer

I met the most handsome 6 day old baby boy on Tuesday afternoon.  K was so wonderful!  I enjoyed holding and cuddling such a tiny newbie.  It was nice to see that I could get a crying baby to sleep so easily.  If my own would have been like that life would have been much more peaceful 3 years ago.  K has the best hair ever…take a peek below!  It is as thick as a grown man’s head of hair and stands up all over… precious.  I want to personally thank K’s daddy for contacting me to set up the session.  I had never been contacted by a father until then.  It was great hanging out with the new parents all afternoon and it was wonderful meeting your parents.  I also want to thank the grandparents for helping out.  How awesome to have such handy helpers. Can you tell Mickey is on my brain?  Here is your sneak peek…enjoy!
