Here she comes – Augusta, Ga maternity photographer

I was so excited to hear from the A family again.  I photographed the family when there were only 3 1/2 members (the lil’ guy was still in mommy’s belly).  :-)   I absolutely love seeing families grow.  Apparently the 3rd times the charm is right…the A family will now be complete with a sweet princess!  Although it was 100 degrees outside during the session, I hardly noticed.  We had such a good time laughing at the boys and enjoying delicious Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream.  Mommy has craved it throughout the pregnancy so we had to incorporate it!  Thank you for choosing me to photograph your sweet and beautiful family again.  Good luck in a couple of weeks meeting that precious baby girl.  I will be praying for her and your family.  Here’s your sneak peek!

My own maternity session – Augusta, GA maternity/pregnancy photographer

One of my dear friends and awesome photographers, Danielle Hobbs, drove through Augusta on her way to SC last Monday evening.  We have been talking about my maternity session for a long time…I can’t believe we finally made it!  I was 32 weeks and 3 days at the time of the session and I have to say that was late enough to wait.  Now that I have been through pregnancy again, I remember how hard it gets later.  Between 28 and 34 weeks is the best time depending on how you much you are showing.  :-)

The evening was so nice, lighting was gorgeous and my three boys (hubby, 4 year old and one in the belly) were just perfect for the session.  We had a great time and want to thank Danielle for capturing this special time in our lives!  We love each shot and will cherish them forever.  We hope to see you soon at the birth!

B is for boy – Augusta, Ga maternity photographer

Tis the season for boys!  The B family’s baby boy is due only 6 days after our Luke is due…which is so exciting but yet sad.  I want to do their newborn sesssion so badly…maybe I could bring Luke with me in case he needs to eat.  Hmmm…ideas.  :-)   Even if I don’t get to do the session I will steer them in the right direction to a photographer that will capture those sweet moments that I will be going through myself.  The early days are ones that just can’t be missed!  Changes begin to happen right away so it is best to have your new ones first session in the first two weeks.  Okay, enough of that.

What a perfect evening for a session…when the wind would die down, the weather was awesome!  Beautiful light and nice temps made for such an enjoyable time.  We had a good time hanging out and just taking it easy.  One thing I did learn was that daddy really loves mommy.  I can see it in his kisses and the way he looks at her…so sweet!  Thanks for a great session…and we will have to see what we can work out with the newborn pictures.  Here’s your sneak peek!

Number Three – Augusta, Ga maternity photographer

What a sweet family!  Big sisters are so excited for baby to arrive.  The baby has been named Apples (by the oldest sis) until the big day when they find out if it is a boy or girl.  Isn’t that fun?!  Our session day was absolutely freezing.  The wind was whipping and we were all frozen solid.  I was the only one with a jacket and probably shivered the most.  This family is tough…no complaints at all!  Be on the look out for Apples unveiling in March…he/she is booked for a newborn session which I can’t wait for. :-)  Thanks for choosing me to be your photographer.  Here is your sneak peek!

One special baby boy – Augusta, GA maternity photographer

We had a chilly day for a session but mommy felt great!  Ah, those pregnancy hormones.  Lol.  This session was a blast.  Daddy definitely has humor as you will see in one of the belly pics…he totally requested the double belly shot!  Love the guys that are into the session…love them!  It makes shooting so much more fun.  This baby boy that is due late January is already so loved and has been so wanted for a long time.  I am beyond excited for mommy and daddy to finally meet him pretty soon.  Thank you so much for choosing me to photograph this special time.  Here’s your sneak peek.  Enjoy!
